The LeggUP Talent Insurance Refund is a unique feature of LeggUP’s Talent Insurance Program. It’s designed to encourage program participation by the employee while reducing risks for the employer.

Who is eligible for Talent Insurance Refund?

  1. Customers are eligible for refund of the Premiums paid for an Employee, when all of the following conditions are met:

    1. Employees must complete a 6 or 12 session LeggUP Program in twelve (12) Months.

    2. Employee leaves Customer employment voluntarily within 90 days of completing the final LeggUP program survey.

    3. Refunds are available on Employer-paid programs only.

    4. Refunds are not available on Voluntary Benefits and Employee Paid Programs.

    5. The maximum refund that Customer may receive each contract year cannot exceed the amount paid by Customer for Employer-paid programs during the then-current contract year.

    6. If the policy is canceled a Customer may not request a refund after the cancellation date.

    7. Customer’s refund request must include a copy of the signed employee resignation letter.

    8. Customer’s refund request must be filed within 90 days of the resignation date of the Employee.

    9. The refund amount is equal to the current LeggUP MSRP of $1200 .

How can you submit a claim?

Filing a Claim is very simple! Managers can submit a claim through the LeggUP Manager Portal. The initial claim submission will include the following information:

  1. Name of the Employee

  2. Date of the Resignation

  3. Comments from the HR Manager

LeggUP will process the claim and respond with any additional information needed. The LeggUP Customer Success Team will process the claim after review of the case and approval of the documentation.
