Trust is woven into the fabric of everything we do. Growth and Wellbeing Coaches have a duty to manage confidentiality during their coaching sessions because their role involves building relationships and discussing highly sensitive information. We will not share information about the content of your sessions with your employer or other sponsoring entity unless we have your consent to do so or as necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of others. All of your coaching sessions are private and the information discussed will not be shared with your employer, manager, supervisor or anyone outside of your individualized LeggUP coaching relationship. We may provide reporting to your employer that aggregates billing, demographic and psycho-graphic information without explicit reference to your identity.
