If your Invite Members page is empty, it means there are currently no members to invite. Below are the most common reasons and how to resolve them:
1. No Program Assigned to Members
Members need to be assigned to a program before they appear on the Invite page.
To assign a program:
Go to the Assign section under Enroll in the left-hand menu.
Select members and assign them to a program.
Once members are assigned to a program, they will show up on the Invite page.

2. All Members Have Already Been Invited
If you’ve already invited all members with assigned programs, the Invite page will remain empty.
To resend an invitation:
Navigate to the Members page under Enroll in the left-hand menu.
Locate the member you want to re-invite.
Use the three-dot menu and click the Invite option (paper plane icon) to resend the invitation.
